Memory Tree at London Road Cemetery
In December every year a Christmas tree is installed in London Road Cemetery, Thatcham, known as The Memory Tree. The tree will be in place until early January 2025, and can be found in the middle section of the Cemetery.
All visitors are invited to leave a message or dedication to their loved ones, using the wooden tags and pens provided. You are also able to post cards and letters in the Lost Loved Ones postbox which is in place all year round.
This year, we would like to send our sincere thanks to Camp Hopson Funeral Directors for kindly donating the Memory Tree. The tree always has well over 100 tags and ornaments added and has become a well loved tradition for local families. The support of our local Funeral Director in keeping these traditions going is greatly appreciated.
