Have Your Say on the Future of Thatcham: Residents Invited to the Annual Town Meeting

The Annual Town Meeting is a space for local people to talk, listen, question, and influence. It’s a unique opportunity to hear what’s been achieved in the past year and to help shape priorities for the year ahead. Residents can also submit questions in advance or anonymously on the night.

What’s Happening on the Night
This year’s programme includes:
- Town Council update: Hear what has been achieved over the past year
- Open Q&A: Raise local issues and ask questions directly
- Thames Valley Police presentation: Insights on community safety
- Local organisation showcases: Groups supported by Council grants share how the funding has made a difference
- Thatcham Community Awards: Celebrating outstanding local people and organisations
- Complimentary refreshments and the chance for informal conversations
The evening will bring together residents, councillors, community groups and local partners from across Thatcham.
