Baptist Church welcomed all to theatre production
Thatcham Baptist Church announced a one-night only performance of Amazing Grace.
The play told the true story of John Newton, the writer of the famous hymn. A man of no morals, and a trader of slaves, Newton had turned his back on God until a stormy night at sea transformed his way of thinking.
The play was performed by the Oddments full-time Christian Theatre Company, whose aim is to produce quality drama, which is both entertaining to watch and thought-provoking.
The ‘Amazing Grace‘ theatre show, was live on stage at Kennet School, Thatcham on Saturday evening 25th October.
